Highland Park Outdoor Movies Resume May 15

The Highland Park outdoor movies will resume for the season Saturday, May 15. Here is their summer 2021 outdoor movie schedule:

HIGHLAND PARK, NJ — The Highland Park outdoor movies will resume for the 2021 summer season Saturday May 15. The first movie they will show is "Watership Down."

The Highland Park outdoor movie theater started last summer in the pandemic, but it is now continuing this year, apparently. This is not a drive-in: The movies are screened from the municipal parking lot on Raritan Avenue, between 2nd and 3rd Avenue, Highland Park, NJ 08904. People sit in chairs or on blankets.

Reservations are no longer required this year, but they do ask that attendees wear a mask and keep up social distancing. They will have chairs set up for the screening, but feel free to bring your own chairs or blankets.
