Man Fatally Shot While Driving In New Brunswick: Prosecutors

A manhunt is underway for a suspect who shot and killed a man while driving in New Jersey, authorities say.

NEW BRUNSWICK – A man was shot and killed while driving on Monday, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone announced.

The shooting happened at approximately 4:35 p.m. when authorities responded to the area of Handy Street and Paul Robeson Boulevard and located a male victim who was shot while driving his vehicle, prosecutors announced.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The investigation is active and continuing.
