New Brunswick Ani Ramen Now Open

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — The seventh location of Ani Ramen is now open in New Brunswick as of June 22.

The Asian noodle house is now open in the heart of New Brunswick at 37 Easton Avenue.

Ani Ramen is a chain noodle shop that started in Montclair in 2014 and currently operates seven locations in New Jersey. The New Brunswick location is their seventh and newest.

They are rapidly opening new locations across the state and moving into New York state (Tarrytown, Larchmont) and Manhattan (Brookfield Place), as well: An Ani Ramen will open in Newark and Princeton in 2021.

Ani Ramen is owned and operated by Montclair Hospitality Group. Luck Sarabhayvanija is a founding partner.

Ani Ramen serves noodles, bao buns, chicken karaage and crispy miso sake chicken wings. Their New Brunswick location will serve lunch and dinner and also have a full bar of beer, wine and Japanese spirits, including 35+ whiskies, sake and more. The New Brunswick location will serve "creative and handcrafted cocktails" showcasing various Japanese and Asian ingredients such as yuzu and shiso.
