Parking Authority Asks Residents to Move Cars to Decks

Residents may park for free in decks around town during the snow storm.

Due to Tuesday's snowfall, the New Brunswick Parking Authority has asked residents to move their cars into five parking decks.

According to the parking authority, city residents may park for free in the Wolfson, Wellness Plaza, Plum Street, Morris Street and New Street parking decks while the city deals with heavy snow on its streets.

Cars must be removed by 8 a.m. the following morning, unless the emergency continues. Proof of residency is required when driving into the decks.
