A student volunteer organization at the Rutgers School of Public Health has published a cookbook, with proceeds from the sale of the book to benefit Elijah's Promise and the Alzheimer's Disease Research Foundation.

This recipe is courtesy of "Healthy Helpings...and a Few Tasty Transgressions," published by V.O.I.C.E.S., the student volunteer organization of the Rutgers University School of Public Health.
