RU Athletic Director Patrick Hobbs Live at Edison Quaker Steak and Lube Wednesday

EDISON, NJ - This Wednesday, January 11, the Rutgers IMG Sports Network will host a special, live radio event with Rutgers Director of Athletics Pat Hobbs at the Quaker Steak & Lube in Edison. That's Hobbs, center, pictured.

The one-hour show begins at 7:30 p.m. and will broadcast live on WCTC 1450-AM and streamed to the web via RVision. Fans are invited to attend the show. Those in attendance are encouraged to ask Hobbs questions about Rutgers Athletics and the future of the Scarlet Knights in the prestigious Big Ten Conference. They can also win tickets, prizes and giveaways.

Jerry Recco, in his first season as the Scarlet Knights’ men’s basketball play-by-play announcer, will host the show. Recco serves as the morning anchor on the Boomer and Carton program on sports radio station WFAN in New York City.

Fans can also call 877-384-1869 to submit a live question. Questions will also be taken via social media by tweeting at the @RutgersRadio or @RUAthletics handles.
