3 Injured After Car Overturns In Parkway South Crash: Police

Four vehicles, including a bus, were involved in the crash in Somers Point shortly after 9 p.m. Thursday night, police said.

SOMERS POINT, NJ — Three people were injured in a Garden State Parkway crash around exit 30 Thursday night, police said.

Four vehicles, including a MCI bus, were involved in the accident at the 30.1 mile marker in Somers Point around 9 p.m., New Jersey State Police Sgt. Alejandro Goez told Patch.

Preliminary investigation said that a sideswipe collision between the bus and a GMC Yukon caused the GMC and a Hyundai Genesis to strike the rear of a Jeep Wrangler traveling on the right shoulder, Goez said.
