Animal Planet Program To Feature Ocean City, Humane Society
'Furever Home Family' will feature the local animal shelter and shots around Ocean City.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Humane Society of Ocean City is ready for its closeup. "Furever Home Family" on Animal Planet will feature the animal shelter at 8:30 a.m. Saturday.
The episode will feature footage of HSOC, the OC Skatepark and the boardwalk, according to the Humane Society.
"Furever Home Family" follows the Amos family, who left their native Australia to take a journey in the United States. The family travels on a big blue bus called "Bubbles," which features a dog design. They wash rescue and shelter dogs while helping find a home for the animals.

In Saturday's episode, the Amos family gets a call to lend a hand with "Baby," a lab mix who was abandoned. Baby travels with the family to Ocean City in hopes of getting adopted.
