Cape May County Sheriff's Office Recognized for Outstanding Performance
Several members of the Sheriff's Office cited for outstanding performance during a ceremony at the court house.

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE, N.J. - Sheriff Gary Schaffer recognized several members of the Sheriff’s Office for outstanding performance during a ceremony at the court house.
A unit citation was given to both the Court Security Unit and the Transportation Unit for state wide recognition during a recent survey by the New Jersey Judiciary.
Thirteen sheriff officers were recognized for perfect attendance in 2014. Also highlighted, Lt. Don Faulk for 11 years of perfect attendance and K-9 officer Randy Mistic for 15 years of perfect attendance.

Officer Robert Saunders received the Exceptional Duty Medal for his outstanding work while assigned to the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office, Gangs, Guns, and Drug Task Force.
Officer Ivan Addu received the Military Service Ribbon for his active military service as a member of the New Jersey Army National Guard.
