Cape May County Woman Killed In Florida Crash
A Cape May Court House woman was killed, and her husband was seriously injured in the head-on crash.
TITUSVILLE, FL — A Cape May County woman was killed, and her husband was seriously hurt in a head-on crash Wednesday in Florida. Holly Transue, 64, was pronounced dead at the hospital that evening, hours after the 8 a.m. crash.
Transue's husband was driving, while she was the passenger, police said. Their vehicle collided with a northbound pickup truck that served into the southbound lane, according to authorities.
The driver of the pickup truck — a 35-year-old Titusville man — was treated on scene for minor injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
