Free Paper Shredding Day Set For Saturday In Ocean City
Ocean City residents will have the chance to get their documents shredded at no cost on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
OCEAN CITY, NJ — Ocean City residents will have the chance to get their documents shredded at no cost on Saturday at the city’s semi-annual Paper Shredding Day.
Residents can bring papers to the Shelter Road Recycling Center off Tennessee Avenue from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Attendees should bring a driver’s license or other proof of residency.
Papers will be shredded in a highly secure mobile shredding unit. Only paper will be accepted, and staples and paper clips do not need to be removed.

Staff will provide traffic control and will remove material from every vehicle during the no-contact event.
If people choose to step out of their vehicle, staff asks that they wear face masks.
