More Ocean City Beaches To Be Guarded This Weekend
Ocean City announced that the beach patrol will guard more beaches this weekend. Check out the updated list of guarded beaches.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Ocean City announced that the beach patrol will guard more beaches this weekend.
Ten beaches were staffed with lifeguards for Memorial Day weekend and starting Saturday, six more beaches will be guarded, including North Street, Stenton Place, 5th Street, 14th Street, 30th Street and 44th Street.
Beaches are guarded from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekends and holidays, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.

Here’s the updated list of guarded beaches:
- North Street
- Stenton Place
- St. Charles Place
- Brighton Place
- 5th Street
- 8th Street
- 9th Street
- 10th Street
- 11th Street
- 12th Street
- 14th Street
- 26th Street
- 30th Street
- 34th Street
- 44th Street
- 58th Street
More beaches will be added throughout the following weeks. The Ocean City Beach Patrol strongly urges people to only swim at guarded beaches.

The OCBP's rookie tryouts will be held June 5 and 6. More information and an application are available here.
Beach-accessible wheelchairs are now available at the Welcome Center at 46th Street and West Avenue from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The free program is for people of all ages.
