Ocean City Library To Host Virtual Jazz Concert

OCEAN CITY, NJ — The Ocean City Free Public Library will present a virtual concert on Friday, June 18 at 7 p.m.

The concert will feature New York saxophonist Daniel Bennett, and Koko Bermejo on drums and keyboard.

The Daniel Bennett Group has toured the world, performing regularly at the Blue Note in New York City, Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club in London and Herb Alpert’s Vibrato Club in Los Angeles, according to a news release.

The Daniel Bennett Group played over 100 outdoor concerts during the pandemic. Bennett continues to play a weekly livestream concert with Bermejo on drums and keyboard.
