Ocean City PBA Finds Way To Support Eateries During Coronavirus

The Police Benevolent Association will help customers get free meals, giving people incentive to order takeout or delivery.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — It's a tough time for many local restaurants because of efforts to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus. The Ocean City Police Benevolent Association will help.

PBA Local 61 will donate $200 every weekday for the next two weeks to a local restaurant to cover takeout and delivery orders for that day. Then the organization will assist restaurants in randomly picking customers to get a free meal.
