Ocean City Schools To Host Pi Day Race
Students, families and community members can run or walk 3.14 miles or a mile on March 14.
OCEAN CITY, NJ — The Ocean City School District will get mathematical for Pi Day. The district will host a Pi Day Run for students, families and the community March 14.
Run or walk 3.14 miles or a mile at the event. Races begin at 9 a.m. on the bike path by the Ocean City Community Center (18th Street and Haven Avenue).
Participation costs $10 for students, $10 for adults and $40 for a family of four. The first 314 people to preregister will receive a Pi Day t-shirt. Or you can register on race day, and t-shirts will be available while supplies lasts. Preregistration ends March 6.

Post-race activities include entertainment, snacks and awards. Awards will be presented for overall winners and age groups.
