Ocean City's Beach House Grille Closing On Ocean Avenue
The restaurant will remain open for the next two months as ownership decides their next chapter.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — After 30 years in business, Beach House Grille will close on Ocean Avenue. The owners sold the property, but they'll operate through Nov. 22.
Owners Paul and Kathy Landi started the BHG in 1990. They accepted an offer two weeks ago from the same developer who recently built four triplexes around them. So the BHG property at 910 Ocean Ave. will become a triplex, Kathy Landi told Patch.
Although their next chapter is unknown, they're excited for the future.

"Paul and I haven’t made any decisions moving forward about our next step," Landi said. "The BHG as a restaurant won’t be run by another party."
The Landi's hope people to say their goodbyes to customers over the next two months, they wrote in a Facebook post. The BHS is currently open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday through Monday.
