Thanksgiving Prayer Service In Ocean City Nov. 20
Attendees are encouraged to bring canned goods for the local Food Cupboard for those in need.
OCEAN CITY, NJ - The interdenominational Ocean City Ecumenical Council will host its annual Thanksgiving Prayer Service on Tuesday, Nov. 20, 7 p.m., at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 2998 Bay Avenue, city officials announced.
The service is sponsored by the Ecumenical Council and the churches throughout Ocean City. A dessert reception will follow the service. Attendees are encouraged to bring canned goods for the local Food Cupboard for those in need.
“All are invited to raise voices in prayer and song giving thanks for all that we have received,” the church says. “Though we come from different traditions, we stand united in giving thanks.”
