Gas leak forces closure of Shrewsbury Avenue near River Street earlier this morning.
RED BANK, NJ - A gas leak has forced the temporary closing of Shrewsbury Avenue near River Street.
The leak was reported about 7:20 a.m. and is expected to last until about 10 a.m.
Authorities are asking people to avoid the area and plan an alternate route if that is your usual commuting path.
