NJ Symphony Orchestra Performs 'Star Wars' At The Count Basie

RED BANK, NJ — Attention, Star Wars fans: The New Jersey Symphony Orchestra will play a series of live screenings of Stars Wars classics "A New Hope" and "The Empire Strikes Back" at the beloved Count Basie theater in Red Bank this November and January.
The state symphony orchestra will recreate John Williams' Oscar-winning scores as the movies play in the background. Learn more and purchase tickets here.

- Friday, Nov. 23 - Count Basie Center for the Arts (Red Bank)
- Saturday, Nov. 24 - New Jersey Performing Arts Center (Newark)
- Sunday, Nov. 25 - State Theatre New Jersey (New Brunswick)
The New Jersey Symphony Orchestra will perform the music from "The Empire Strikes Back" on the following dates:
- Thursday, Jan. 3 - Count Basie Center for the Arts (Red Bank)
- Friday, Jan. 4 – Count Basie Center for the Arts (Red Bank)
- Saturday, Jan. 5 – New Jersey Performing Arts Center (Newark)
- Sunday, Jan. 6 - State Theatre New Jersey (New Brunswick)
