Red Bank Makes Drug Arrests, Investigates Theft Of Packages

RED BANK, NJ - Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe arrested Shakira Johnson, age 33 of Red Bank, Dec. 8 in the area St. Nicholas Place for maintaining/operating a drug facility,possession of a controlled dangerous substance, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of a child and manufacturing, distributing or dispensing Heroin.

Her co-defendant is Mark Standard, age 36, of Red Bank also was arrested Dec. 8 in the area of St. Nicholas Place for maintaining/operating a CDS facility, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of a child, and manufacturing, distributing or dispensing heroin. Quispe made the arrest.

The borough police blotter for the period Dec. 1 through Dec. 15 includes the following:

Joseph Cavallo, age 25, of Atlantic Highlands was arrested Dec. 8 in the area of Maple Avenue for possession of a hypodermic needle by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

Kyle Drust, age 25 of Middletown, was arrested oDec. 8 in the area of Maple Avenue for contempt of court by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

Kristy Lauricella, age 38 of Highland Park, was arrested Dec. 9 in the area of Broad Street for driving while intoxicated by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

Michael Bona, age 43 of Staten Island, was arrested Dec. 9 in the area of Newman Springs Road for driving while intoxicated by Patrol Officer Kristin Altimari.

Paul Digiano, age 72 of Cranford, was arrested Dec. 9 in the area of Bodman Place for obstructing the administration of law by Patrol Officer Kristin Altimari.

Artis Edwards, age 55 of Tinton Falls, was arrested Ddec. 9 in the area of Water Street for shoplifting by Patrolman Michael Baron.

Thelma Harrison, age 54 of Red Bank, was arrested Dec. 9 in the area of Water Street for shoplifting and contempt of court by Patrolman Michael Baron.

Steven Irwin, age 27 of Red Bank, was arrested Dec. 9 in the area of Monmouth Street for contempt of court by Patrolman Milton Gray.

Fadi Zarzur, age 38 of Paterson, was arrested Dec. 13 in the area of Monmouth Street for theft of property lost or missing by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

Theft: On Dec. 8, in the area of Spring Street, it was reported a package delivered to a doorstep was cut from the bottom and items were taken from the package. The items were valued at $79. Patrolman Nicholas Maletto took the report.

Criminal Mischief: On Dec. 11, it was reported in the area of East Sunset Avenue that between the hours of midnight and 7 a.m., the front passenger tires of a vehicle were slashed. Patrolman Nicholas Maletto took the report.

Theft: On Dec. 13 in the area of Monmouth Street, it was reported an unlocked vehicle was broken into. Taken from the vehicle were a black Michael Kors wallet worth $130 containing debit cards, Mexican identification, child support card and $150 cash, black Ray Ban sunglasses valued at $120 and a lipstick box valued at $80. Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe took the report.

Theft: On Dec. 14 in the area of Maple Avenue, it was reported a brown wallet was left on the counter of a business. When the victim realized he left the wallet and went back, the wallet was gone. The brown bi-fold leather wallet contained $400 cash, a New Jersey driver’s license, credit cards and a work permit. Special Law Enforcement Officer Tony Arden took the report.

Daniel Phillips, age 24, of Sea Bright, was arrested Dec. 1 in the area of Harding Road for contempt of court by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

Robin Knight, age 48, of Union Beach, was arrested Dec. 1 in the area of Newman Springs Road for contempt of court by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

Rickie Taddio, age 51 of Holmdel, was arrested Dec. 1 in the area of Bridge Avenue for driving while intoxicated by Patrolman George Travostino.

Kurt Krainski, age 38 of Parlin, was arrested Dec. 2 in the area of Maple Avenue for driving while intoxicated by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

Erick Aviles-Sibrian, age 25 of Red Bank, was arrested on Dec. 3 in the area of Broad Street for resisting arrest, obstructing administration of law and defiant trespass by Patrolman Garrett Falco.

Kenneth Lewandowski, age 54 of Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested Dec. 5 in the area of Riverview Plaza for contempt of court by Ptlatrolman Shane Dengel.

Kathleen Mangini, age 53 of Red Bank, was arrested Dec. 7 in the area of Marion Street for simple assault by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
