Red Bank Police Respond To Drunken Drivers, Other Offenders

RED BANK, NJ - Police responded to a variety of offenses during the last two weeks of December, including driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and several contempt of court warrants. These were cases police responded to between Dec. 16 and Dec. 31.

Criminal Mischief: On Dec. 29, in the area of Arthur Place, it was reported a parked vehicle had trash thrown on the hood of the vehicle and the front and rear driver’s side tires were slashed. Patrolman Darren M. McConnell responded.

James Hickey, age 56 of Long Island City, NY, was arrested Dec. 16 in the area of Monmouth Street for contempt of court by Patrolman Garrett Falco.

Kenneth Redman, age 56 of Ocean, was arrested Dec. 16 in the area of Maple Avenue for contempt of court by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

Amy Matheny, age 48, of Red Bank was arrested Dec. 16 in the area of Chestnut Street for contempt of court and obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

Bernhard Guzman, age 26, of Red Bank, was arrested Dec. 17 in the area of Wharf Avenue for criminal mischief and driving while intoxicated by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

Raul Barrett, age 20, of Forked River in Lacey Township, was arrested Dec. 19 in the area of Riverside Avenue for contempt of court by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

Lauren Foley, age 30, of Red Bank, was arrested Dec. 19 in the area of Spring Street for contempt of court by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

Omar Ortiz, age 48, of Red Bank, was arrested Dec. 20 in the area of Monmouth Street for contempt of court by Patrolman Thomas Doremus.

Leilani Durham, age 43, of Red Bank, was arrested Dec. 21 in the area of Monmouth Street for contempt of court by Patrolman Thomas Doremus.

Segundo Azogue, age 35, of Irvington, was arrested Dec. 21 in the area of West Front Street for contempt of court by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

Thomas Armstrong, age 35, of Red Bank, was arrested Dec. 22 in the area of Newman Springs Road for contempt of court by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

Brionna Wells, age 25, of Keansburg, was arrested Dec. 22 in the area of East Newman Springs Road for contempt of court by Patrolman Michael Baron.

Connor Riley, age 24, of Long Branch, was arrested Dec. 23 in the area of East Front Street for driving while intoxicated by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

Alison Slick, age 38, of Red Bank, was arrested Dec. 23 in the area of Bridge Avenue for contempt of court by Patrolman Milton Gray IV.

Keith Phillips, age 33, of Rumson was arrested Dec. 23 in the area of West Front Street for theft of services by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

Jessica Brunelli, age 25, of Long Branch, was arrested Dec. 24 in the area of Union Street for disorderly conduct by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

Douglas Lee Tindal, age 27, of Red Bank, was arrested Dec. 26 in the area of Locust Avenue for contempt and harassment by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

Daniel Mendoza, age 28, of Belmar, was arrested Dec. 26 in the area of Tower Hill Avenue for contempt of court by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

Robert J. Lahey, age 26, of Laurence Harbor ,was arrested Dec. 26 in the area of Monmouth Street for contempt of court by Patrolman Cevin Albert.

Edward Artis, age 55, of Tinton Falls, was arrested Dec. 28 in the area of Monmouth Street for contempt of court by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

Demond J. Hill, age 18, of Middletown, was arrested Dec. 28 in the area of Route 35 North for possession of marijuana by Special Law Enforcement Officer Tony Arden.

Malherbe Pothier, age 30, of Long Branch, was arrested Dec. 29 in the area of Broad Street for contempt of court and obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

Christopher McPherson, age 25, of Pelham NC, was arrested Dec. 30 in the area of West Front Street for contempt of court by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

Erin McCaffrey, age 19, of Sea Bright, was arrested Dec. 30 in the area of Broad Street for contempt of court by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

Matthew Horn, age 40, of Shrewsbury, was arrested Dec. 30 in the area of Riverside Avenue for disorderly conduct by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
