Friday night marked the traditional start of the Christmas season in the area with the arrival of Santa and Mrs. Claus, a concert by Holiday Express and a few words from the Cake Boss before lighting up Red Bank.
Now in its 21st year, the gala event attracted the usual thousands on a chilly Black Friday. People of all ages rocked to the tunes of Holiday Express while ushering Santa, the lights and the season in.
