Update, 7 p.m.: Red Bank Regional will have a two-hour delayed opening on Tuesday.

Update, noon: Red Bank garbage collection was suspended Monday because of the inclement weather. It will resume Tuesday.

All Red Bank and Shrewsbury schools are closed Monday because of snow.
The region is expected to receive 4 to 6 inches.
