Learn to Cook at the Library

Classes each month. In-person registration and $5 required.

Learn to cook in the Library. Day and evening cooking classes are offered each month at the South Brunswick Public Library, 110 Kingston Lane in Monmouth Jct. D’s Kitchen Lab offers a different topic each month. Registration required and a $5 materials fee. Learn by hands on and demonstration.

In February learn how to make fresh ricotta cheese from scratch. Then try some cannoli with homemade ricotta filling. Recipes and tasting included. Registration required. A $5 fee per person due in advance at time of registration at the Information Services Desk in the Library. Please note Kitchen Lab registration fees are no longer refundable for any reason. Waiver must be signed in class. Open to adults ages 18 and up only.

Waiting List Guidelines: We may not always be able to notify you in advance if openings are available. If we have any last minute cancellations, we will take people in order from the Waiting List.

Classes are on a Thursday evening and a Friday afternoon each month. The Ricotta Cheese class will be on Thursday, Feb. 14 at 6:30 p.m. and again on Friday, Feb. 15 at noon. Register and pay in person at the Library.
