New Storage Facility Proposed In South Brunswick
Capital Holdings, LLC plans to build a three-story storage facility at Monmouth Junction.
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — A new storage facility has been proposed in South Brunswick.
Capital Holdings, LLC has applied for preliminary site plan approval with use and bulk variances to construct a three-story storage facility at 14 Deerpark Drive, Monmouth Junction.
The 118,772 square feet self-storage facility with RV storage areas is expected to be built on a 5.701-acre lot. Capital Holding is seeking bulk variance approval for more parking spots at the faculty.

Although the site plan application will come before the South Brunswick planning board on July 15, according to the township agenda, it will not be heard on that day. The planning board recently granted final site approval to Forsgate Industrial Complex L.P. to build a 58,404-square-foot warehouse in Dayton.
