Patch: How long have you been doing business in town?

Bergh: Revshare Group was founded in 2015 with the ultimate goal to become a Powerhouse Affiliate. The company is based in Malta.

Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?

Bergh: I moved to Malta when I was 20 years old to take up a career in iGaming. After working for several betting companies, I decided to start my own company when I was 24.

Patch: If you had to sum up your business mission to a stranger in five words, what would those words be?

Bergh: Hard work, dedication, respect, honesty and fun.

Patch: What’s the biggest challenge or most difficult moment you’ve faced in your job?

Bergh: The biggest challenge is to stay above the curve and always try to be on the frontline. It’s very important to be able to adjust to online marketing and make better and faster decisions than your competitors.

Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?

Bergh: To achieve better results and revenues every quarter. To see that me and my team of employees are constantly growing the business.

Patch: How would you say your business or organization distinguishes itself from the others?

Bergh: For us, it’s important to have fun at work. If your line of work doesn’t make you happy and push you further, something is not right. At Revshare Group, we're trying to mix hard work with fun and so far it’s been successful.

Patch: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given when it comes to success?

Bergh: Listen to people that know better than you. Try to connect with the right people who can help you take your business to the next level. But I think the most important thing is to be honest with the people around you, both employees and partners.

Patch: Are there any new projects or endeavors you’re working on that you’re extra excited about?

Bergh: Revshare Group received a Vendor Registration license in the end of 2017 in the State of New Jersey. Online gaming is legal in New Jersey and we want to make the ultimate NJ online casino guides, which can be found on Online Casino New Jersey and New Jersey Casino Online.
