2 Toms River Men Charged With Heroin, Cocaine Distribution
Five bricks of heroin and a large-capacity magazine with hollow-point bullets were seized during the investigation, authorities said.

LAKEHURST, NJ — Five bricks of heroin and a 50-round magazine for a firearm with hollow-point bullets were seized and three men arrested at a Lakehurst motel in a heroin distribution investigation, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office announced.
Nicholas Ryland, 29, and Ahmid Fisher, 29, of both of Toms River, and Theopolis Stewart, 29, of Neptune, were arrested Tuesday, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.
Detectives saw the three men leave a motel room at the Travel Inn and Suites in Lakehurst and get into a vehicle, which Lakehurst police pulled over. All three were charged with heroin and cocaine possession, the prosecutor's office said.

A search warrant was executed at the motel room and authorities seized the five bricks of heroin and the 50-round drum-style magazine containing 9mm hollow-point bullets, and a small amount of marijuana, the prosecutor's office said.
Ryland was charged with two counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute; two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute; two counts of possession of heroin; two counts of possession of cocaine; possession of marijuana; possession of hollow-nose ammunition, and possession of a large capacity ammunition magazine. He is being held at the Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing.

Fisher was charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute; possession of cocaine with intent to distribute; possession of heroin, and possession of cocaine and released pending a future court date.
Stewart was charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute; possession of cocaine with intent to distribute; possession of heroin, and possession of cocaine and released pending a future court date.
The Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force, Lakehurst police and the Manchester Township Police Department Narcotics Enforcement Team, along with the Prosecutor’s Office Asset Forfeiture Unit, and the Manchester Township Police K-9 Unit collaborated in the investigation.
