3 Charged In Cell Phone Theft After Police Chase In Toms River
The trio sped off from police on Indian Hill Road, crashed into a parked car then ran from the crash before being arrested, police said.

TOMS RIVER, NJ ? Three people arrested following a police chase and a crash Tuesday in Toms River have been charged with theft after police say they stole a cell phone package from a FedEx driver, Toms River police said Wednesday.
Santo Felizcruz, 20, Edwin Noboabelen, 18, and a 17-year-old were arrested Tuesday night, Police Chief Mitch Little said.
Sgt. Michael Gallipoli was investigating a report from a FedEx driver about the theft of a cell phone package on Cedar Grove Road when Gallipoli saw the car described as being involved in the theft on Indian Hill Road, Little said.

The car took off at a high rate of speed, Little said, but crashed into a car parked in front of a home on Shenandoah Boulevard. The three people in the car got out and ran off, but were found later on Port-au-Prince Street, about three-quarters of a mile away, the chief said.
The investigation showed the three were involved in the cell phone theft, Little said.

Felizcruz has been charged with eluding, theft, conspiracy, obstruction of the administration of law, and resisting arrest by flight, according to the Ocean County Corrections website. He is being held pending a detention hearing.
Noboabelen has been charged with theft, conspiracy, obstruction of the administration of law, and resisting arrest by flight, according to the jail website. He also is being held pending a detention hearing.
The 17-year-old was taken to the Ocean County Juvenile Detention Center, Little said.
