86th Toms River Halloween Parade: Video Replay
If you were unable to get to the 86th Toms River Halloween Parade, check out the video and the winners list.

TOMS RIVER, NJ ? The 86th Toms River Halloween Parade made its way down Main and Washington streets on Friday night, with marching bands, youth groups and clever floats.
There was something for everyone, from Santa Claus riding with Toms River Fire Company 1 to finish the parade to a couple dressed as "6-7" to the delight of the young teenage crowd, and a duo dressed as Waldorf and Statler in their balcony from The Muppet Show.
The parade also featured participants spanning a wide age range and from multiple towns. The youngest in line was a 1-month-old infant, and the oldest was 87 years old. The participants who traveled the longest distance were a family from Solihull, England.

The windy weather seemed to be tamed by the buildings and the crowds of spectators along the parade route, though it was a bit more chilly Friday night than it has been in a few years. (It was chilly enough that I dropped my phone because my hands got cold, so please excuse that in the video below!)
