Clubhouse Proposed For Apartments Near Shop Rite In Toms River
The owners of Presidential Apartments are proposing a clubhouse and offices for the apartment complex off Route 37 and Route 166.
TOMS RIVER, NJ ? The Toms River Planning Board is scheduled to hold a hearing Wednesday on a proposal to build a clubhouse at the Presidential Apartments.
The proposal, by Presidential Associates, is for a 2,813-square-foot clubhouse with offices and amenities for residents and their guests. A public notice of the hearing does not specify the planned amenities.
The developer is seeking waivers on parking.

The Planning Board meeting is set for 6 p.m. Wednesday in the L. Manuel Hirshblond meeting room on the second floor of the municipal offices at 33 Washington St.
