Friday Deadline: FEMA Hazard Mitigation Program in Toms River

Registration can be completed through an online form

Toms River residents who have yet to apply for the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Program have until Friday, March 15 to do so.

Those who had property impacted by Superstorm Sandy are encouraged to apply for the federal program. Registration information, including a link to the form residents must complete, is available on the township's Website.

"So if you have not registered with us, please do that," township Business Administrator Paul Shives said during the Township Council's Tuesday meeting. "If you haven't, we'd like to hear from you. It's very simple."
