Gordon Ramsay Filming At Toms River Restaurant: Reports
The celebrity chef was seen Monday evening going into Caneda's White Rooster in photos posted on Facebook.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — The buzz of speculation created last week over the arrival of a celebrity chef in Toms River finally has an answer, after Gordon Ramsay was photographed outsite Caneda's White Rooster on Monday evening.
The chef known for his tirades at his kitchen staff was snapped outside the front of the restaurant on Fischer Boulevard and published by Exit 82 Scanner News, Jersey Shore Online reported. Speculation mounted all day Monday that the show, "Gordon Ramsay's 24 Hours to Hell and Back," was the one filming. Ocean County Scanner News published additional photos from the restaurant, showing vehicles and workers wearing "Team Ramsay" T-shirts.
A producer for "a restaurant renovation show that stars a celebrity chef and will be on a major network," contacted Patch last Thursday seeking help in getting the word out to local residents that they needed diners who would receive a free meal in exchange while taking part in filming on Monday and Tuesday, with Tuesday being the relaunch.

The producer did not reveal the restaurant or the chef, but speculation quickly grew as fans of the White Rooster noted that owner Patty Caneda said it would be closed for a few days, including Monday and Tuesday.

In addition to U-Hauls and a large motorcoach in the parking lot at the White Rooster, a number of production trucks were staging at Shelter Cove, the Asbury Park Press reported.
"Gordon Ramsay's 24 Hours To Hell and Back" airs on Fox and is in its third season.
Caneda's White Rooster opened just over a year ago in site of the former Rivoli's restaurant, and was Caneda's follow-up venture to her popular Caneda's Empanandas that also had operated on Fischer Boulevard.
