TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Ocean County Health Department has added two new phone numbers to its call center to help with the crush of phone calls from residents with questions about the COVID-19 vaccine and scheduling, officials said Wednesday.

The new local number is 732-380-5079 and the toll-free number is 833-544-0288, and both numbers became operational on Wednesday.

The health department's main number is still available at 732-341-9700 for residents seeking information not related to COVID-19.
