Ocean Health Dept. Cancels COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Due To Storm

The COVID-19 vaccination appointments set for Thursday are postponed, officials said.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Ocean County Health Department has canceled its COVID-19 vaccination clinic set for Thursday due to the impending storm.

The cancellation, announced on the department's website, says Thursday's vaccinations have been postponed to Friday.

"Residents with appointments on Thursday must come at their same scheduled appointment time on Friday. No exceptions, please," the health department said.

Everyone who has appointments scheduled for Friday will have those appointments honored, officials said.

The clinic Friday is set for 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the RWJ Barnabas Healthcare Arena at Toms River High School North.
