Toms River Police Accepting Applications For Officer Testing
The department will begin the testing process in September for those who wish to be considered for hiring as police officers.
TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Toms River Police Department is accepting applications for people to join the police department.
The 2021 recruitment process begins with applications, which are available now and must be returned by July 31. The testing process will begin in September.
The department is looking for qualified applicants who meet strict educational, physical and ethical standards to take the police test. The recruiting process is ongoing, testing happens once every three years.
