Tornado Warning Issued For Toms River, Manchester, Lakewood
The tornado warning stretches from Barnegat northwest to Lakewood and is in place until 11:30 a.m.
A tornado warning is in effect for portions of Ocean County, including Toms River, Manchester and Lakewood.
The National Weather Service said the warning was in effect until 11:30 a.m.
