Water Main Break Disrupts Hooper Ave Traffic In Toms River
Suez water company says repair crews are working to fix the break, which is in the middle of the road. Use caution in the area.
TOMS RIVER, NJ — Repair crews from Suez are working to fix a water main leak on Hooper Avenue near the intersection with Madison Avenue Tuesday morning, water company officials said.
The leak is in the center of the road, said Jane Kunka, a Suez spokeswoman. Hooper Avenue is open but police are directing traffic around the work area.
Motorists should use caution in the area.
