Wine On The Beach In Seaside Heights, And A Concert
Raise a glass to the last wisps of summer at the Wine on the Beach and check out some live music, including a Prince tribute concert.
SEASIDE HEIGHTS, NJ — The lazy days of summer may be over with the return to school, but Seaside Heights is inviting people to toast summer one last time at the Wine on the Beach festival this weekend.
Organizers announced updated times for Saturday. The festival will run from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7, and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8, at Blaine Avenue and the Boardwalk.
Sample wines from a number of New Jersey wineries, check out the products from crafters and artisans, and activities for the whole family along with live music on the beach.

On Saturday, it's Dean Ford & The Beautiful Ones performing a Prince Tribute Concert from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and on Sunday it's Billboard Live 1970s Tribute Concert, also 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the gate with cash sales only at the gate. The event organizer reserves the right to cancel event due to severe weather conditions or situations that may endanger patrons and/or participants and there will be no refunds if that happens. (You'll want to keep an eye on Hurricane Dorian.) You can purchase tickets online here.

You must be 21 or older with proper identification to sample wines.
There is a discounted ticket at the gate for military members and first responders, with proper ID.
Spectators and those under 21 are free.
Sampling admission includes a souvenir wine glass and opportunity to sample more than 200 NJ wines.
