JC Penney Offers $10 Off $25 Purchase

This week, Willowbrook not only offers it's typical shopping experience, but an evening event as well. Visitors can enjoy the Ladies’ Lounge, presented by Ladies Home Journal at the Bloomingdale’s Exhibit Court, on Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Featured fun will include makeovers by L.A. Colors, manicures with Sally Hansen Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips, coffee at the “La Crème Café,” Vitafusion samples and a book donation table for the United Through Reading program.
