Morrison Funeral Home Owner Passes Away
Timothy M. Morrison, 59, was an active resident and owner of Morrison Funeral Home.

KINNELON, NJ — Morrison Funeral Home director Timothy Morrison passed away on Monday. He was 59.
Morrison lived in Kinnelon and Butler, and owned the Morrison Funeral Home in Butler. He was a decorated member of his field, earning the Russler Award for Applied Embalming in 1980.

Tim was a former member of the Bloomingdale Planning Board from 1994 to 1997 and the Butler Board of Adjustments 1997-1999, a member of the Morris County Funeral Directors Association, the New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association. Tim also belonged to the Armature Softball Association, the Lakeland Umpires Association, a baseball, softball, basketball and soccer official and was selected as a lifelong member of the “Who’s Who” .
Viewing hours will be meld at the Morrison Funeral Home on Dec. 7 from 4-8 p.m.. A mass will take place on Dec. 8 at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony RC Church in Butler.
