Newly Opened Quickchek Donates Money to Bloomingdale/Butler Youth Club

The convenience store donated $2,637 to area youth who are cheerleaders, football players and wrestlers.

BUTLER, N.J.– To celebrate the grand opening of its new Butler location, QuickChek on Wednesday donated $2,637.90 to the Bloomingdale/Butler Youth Club.

The money goes towards K-8 students from Bloomingdale and Butler who play football, wrestle and are cheerleaders, according to a press release from Russ Mensch of Mensch & Company, Inc.

The Whitehouse Station also donated a portion of its sales to the club during its first 30 days of operation from Aug. 9–Sept. 8, Mensch said.

According to Mensch, QuickChek was named the 2016 National Convenience Store Chain of the Year.
