Teen Hikers Rescued From Forest By Bloomingdale Police

The two got lost while hiking in the forest.

BLOOMINGDALE, NJ — Two teenage hikers were rescued from Norvin Green State Forest last weekend, Bloomingdale Police said.

The pair, 18-year-olds from Somerset and New Brunswick, entered the forest on April 17 but were unable to find their way out. The Bloomingdale Search and Rescue Team and the New Jersey Park Police went into the woods to rescue the pair.

They were found uninjured a short while later, and were safely brought out of the forest.
