$1 Million Powerball Ticket Sold In Monmouth County

Breaking: The winning ticket matched all five white balls in the Feb. 4 drawing. Are you holding it?

Someone in Monmouth County is holding a Powerball ticket worth $1 million, New Jersey Lottery officials announced Monday.

The ticket, which matched the five white balls in the Saturday, Feb. 4 drawing, was purchased at the American Way Food Store, 2005 Route 35 North, in the Oakhurst section of Ocean Township.

The winning numbers for the Saturday, Feb. 4 drawing were: 06, 13, 16, 17 and 52. The Red Power Ball number was 25. The Multiplier number was 03.

No one won the Powerball jackpot, which rolls to $255 million for the next drawing, which is Wednesday, Feb. 8 at 10:59 p.m.

In addition to the second-prize-winning ticket sold, there were 46,195 New Jersey players who took home an estimated $249,971 in prizes ranging from $4 to $300, Lottery Executive Director Carole Hedinger said.
