2 Neptune Men Charged In McDonald's Parking Lot Knife Fight: Cops

NEPTUNE TOWNSHIP, NJ — Two Neptune men were arrested earlier the week and face charges following a knife fight that took place at a local McDonald’s and that resulted in both men sustaining minor stab wounds, police said.

Quron Patterson, 23, and Kironn Hamilton, 31, were taken to the Monmouth County Jail on Wednesday after police said they were involved in a fight in the parking lot of the McDonalds located at 9 SH 35 in Neptune Tuesday night.

Officers broke the fight up and both men suffered minor stab wounds that police believe were caused by one another during the fight. Neither of the men suffered life-threatening injuries, police said in a news release. Both men were taken to the Jersey Shore University Medical Center and were treated and released. Both men were taken into custody and are charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a Weapon, police said. Hamilton was additionally charged with criminal mischief.

The incident remains under investigation by the Neptune Township Police Department.
