Atlantic City - The annual Thunder Over the Boardwalk returns to Atlantic City Wednesday. Presented by GEICO, the free air show runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. This years event will feature the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, U.S. Army Golden Knights, Geico Skytypers and an array of other military and civilian acts, including aerobatic pilot, Andrew Wright, from Austin, Texas. Wright will attempt a new Guinness World Record for the most inverted flat spins in his Carbon Fiber Airshows G202 monoplane.
Update: Wright died when his plane crashed in practice for a weekend New York show, according to the Saturday edition of the Press of Atlantic City.
