WALL, NJ – An application for building a 160-unit condominium/multi-family residential development that was originally on the agenda for tonight’s meeting of the Wall Township Planning Board has been carried over to the meeting on June 28.

The site, located on 1306 Highway 34 North and 1307 Wyckoff Road, across Route 33 from the Jersey Shore Ice Arena, used to be home to a drive-in movie theater that has been demolished.

Items still on the agenda for tonight’s meeting, which will take place at 7 p.m. and can be watched on Zoom, include an application to build a multi-tenant commercial building at 1837 Old Mill Road and a request for the addition of a new facade sign at Wine Outlet on 1933 Highway 35.
