Asbury Man Charged With Drunken Driving
Minor drug possession also levied following traffic stop
An Asbury Park man was arrested and charged with drunken driving and minor drug possession over the weekend, police said.
Matthew A. Matovsky, 26, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana following a traffic stop on Marconi Road around 1:56 a.m. Sunday, Sgt. Steven Wolter said.
Matovsky was charged and released with a court date, Wolter said.
