Crash With Injuries Ties Up Route 195 Traffic

Two people were injured in the crash, and state police said one of them was ejected from the pickup truck.

WALL, NJ — A pickup truck that crashed off the shoulder is causing traffic delays on Route 195 on Monday morning, authorities said.

The state Department of Transportation said the crash happened on the eastbound side of Route 195, just west of exit 35 for Route 34 and traffic is backed up at least four miles to Howell.

New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Flynn said the crash happened about 6 a.m. There were two people hurt in the crash, one of whom was ejected from the pickup truck. He was still awaiting additional information from the troopers who responded.
