Curfew In Effect Over Halloween
Police reminding people that kids cannot be out on the streets after 9 p.m. Oct. 29 - Nov. 1

Police are reminding Wall residents that a curfew is in effect for Oct. 29 – Nov. 1, over the Halloween holiday.
The curfew runs from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night, banning anyone under 18 from being “in any public street or in any public place,’’ unless accompanied by an adult, according to local ordinance.
It is also against the local law for an adult to allow a juvenile to roam the streets between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. on the dates listed, the ordinance says.
