Employee At Wall Massage Parlor Arrested
The accused was arrested after multiple complaints of inappropriate touching.
WALL—An employee of Happy Feet Relaxology on Route 35 in Wall has been arrested after multiple complaints filed by clients of inappropriate touching between January of 2020 and March of 2021.
After investigating these complaints, the Wall Township Police Department has arrested An Qinghai, 55, of New York, on two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual assault. Qinghai has been processed and released.
Qinghai has been an employee of Happy Feet Reflexology for two years before his arrest.
